Fernanda Genthon is the HO.ST behind the company.
She began her Home Stager career in California, birthplace to Home Staging, and she was one of the pioneers that brought this concept to Brazil.
Fernanda is a member of RESA (Real Estate Association) in the USA and she is specialized on photography for luxury real estate sales.
HO.ST was founded in 2017 and since then, services as an innovative and indispensable tool that accelerates luxury real estate sales in Brazil, with the experience acquired in the United States of America.
Nowadays, HO.ST is considered by the real estate agencies and by the owners of luxury real estate as a lider on this segment.

HOME STAGING
Our Home Staging services’ main goal is to provide to the owner of the propriety, in collaboration with the realtor, integrated solutions to real estate sales.
After research on the target audience, we provide our suggestions on improvements on the infrastructure of the property. We develop and execute the Home Staging project in order to create an emotional response on the future's buyer and make the property stand out on the luxury real estate market. We offer rent on complementary furniture and accessories and develop the promotional material that assures that the property will be presented on its truest and best potential.

In order to provide an unforgettable experience and help the owner of the propriety and their beloved ones to create great memories, we apply this concept of fast and effective service that prepares the propriety to welcome whoever enters the home.
